NAMI Barron has a representative that sits on the Barron County Thrive Committee.  There are members who also serve on the Barron County 'I' Team, the County Communities on Transition committees and Barron County IPS Supported Employment group. Individual Placement and Support (IPS) is an employment service that helps more people with mental illness obtain employment.  This website provides information about IPS supported employment. Contact Barron County MHS for the local program.
